As we move beyond the idea, I wanted to focus a bit on the process by which we decide what we are going to build for the minimum viable product (“MVP”). Every decision we make (to do or not to do) will guide the app in a specific direction. I will always, always, advocate for building as little as possible to start. MVPs should be bare bones and laser-focused on solving one problem.
Below are some example of different experiences and options that could be considered when designing the MVP.
